You’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly and be the go-to person for all things HR-related!
What You’ll Be Doing:
⭐ Providing top-notch service with a smile and creating positive relationships with colleagues.
📝 Assisting with the full recruitment cycle—job descriptions, screening, interviews, and more.
💼 Helping employees with internal transfers, onboarding, and keeping their files organized.
📅 Ensuring smooth processing of vacation requests, payroll, and all things paperwork.
💬 Being the voice of HR—answering colleague queries, addressing concerns, and supporting HR management.
🎉 Assisting with colleague events, birthday celebrations, and team-building activities (who doesn’t love a good staff treat day?).
🚍 Coordinating transportation, accommodation, and all the little details that make working here a breeze.
📚 Keeping everyone updated on new HR policies and ensuring our standards are top-notch!
