A Glimpse of the International Housekeeping Week 2022 Celebration at LEVA<\/p>\n

\u201cThe team\u2019s passion and dedication have brought us to be ranked no.1 of 890 hotels in the city. We are so proud to have such a dynamic team behind the scenes and we appreciate everything that they do.\u201d- JS Anand, Founder and CEO \u2013 LEVA Hotels <\/span><\/p>\n

Last week, we put the spotlight on the ladies and gents at the heart of the hou<\/span>se who ensure the cleanliness of the rooms and comfort of our guests\u2019 stay in our hotel: the Housekeeping Department a.k.a #LEVAFresh Team.<\/span><\/p>\n

International Housekeeping week at Leva Hotel Mazaya Centre was celebrated in a unique way which was planned by Mr. Imam Setiawan, Cluster Corporate Housekeeper, Leva Hotels in coordination with our Human Resources Team. He also gave us insight with regards to Leva\u2019s signature experience which has helped the hotel reach the number 1 ranking on TripAdvisor among 890 hotels in Dubai, UAE in the month of April 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Imam says \u201cTo reach the number one ranking on TripAdvisor was never easy, but to maintain the position is more challenging as we continuously ensure that the guests are satisfied and making sure that even the smallest details are taken care of. The Leva Signature Experience is a standard operating procedure used by the housekeeping team which makes us unique and efficient. Also keeping the team motivated through the peak season is the main challenge as the workload doubles up during the winter season.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

During the Housekeeping week, we had fun games planned every evening for the entire team, such as a pop quiz, to<\/span>wel-making competition, blindfold bed-making competition, and much more. The tables were turned as the rest of the team from other departments joined the bed-making competition. These activities were planned to improve team-building efforts and are also very useful in day-to-day operations. The weeklong celebration was a great success, and we are pleased to see that the team had a lot of fun.<\/span><\/p>\n

To cap off the celebration, the winners were rewarded with a small token of our appreciation al<\/span>ong with a cake-cutting ceremony with the entire team.<\/span><\/p>\n

We love celebrating our team, especially the ones who work tirelessly behind the scenes.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want to express our appreciation for the valuable work our housekeeping team does every single day and night \u2013 to all the hands behind the sparkle, keep up the good work, thank you for all that you do, and for keeping our guests happy!<\/span><\/p>\n
