With over three decades of experience in Hotel Operations in Canada, Robert has overseen million-dollar renovations of hotel rooms, negotiated contracts in areas of labor, sales and vendor management. He has also reorganized management to increase efficiency and enhance guest experience, prepared forecasts and budgets, written business plans and actively participated in local community events. Robert has been associated with global brands like Hilton Hotels and the Marriott group.

Stephen has over 3 decades of experience in managing resorts. His area of expertise has been enhancing quality, overall experience and ensuring it is consistently maintained. He is known for turning around properties in the shortest span of time and to excellent standard. Every property that Stephen has been associated with has been awarded the Gold Crown, including Crown Ridge Resort New Hampshire, Mountain View Resort, New Hampshire, and Magic Tree Resort Florida.

The multi award-winning culinary guru describes himself as an “American chef” through and through. He is currently the Executive Chef at the United Nations for Compass Group in New York City. His unique cuisine, though rooted in classic French and Mediterranean traditions, uses the freshest possible ingredients to create splendid, innovative recipes that blend techniques and flavors from around the world. A wealth of experience in hotels and large scale kitchens has given Chef Ricco his unwavering edge on all aspects of the commercial kitchen.
