Warm welcome at reception after a brief walk from Burj Khalifa Metro stop with direct airport connection. Room spacious and clean (included iron and ironing board which was helpful for business trip). Good breakfast buffet in light, sunny ground floor location. Did not use the rooftop pool, but it looks like a good place to end the day. Free WIFI connection in all areas. Price/value ratio good. All in all, ideally placed for DownTown attractions, with excellent metro connection. Particular highlight: the shower gel smells divine. Friendly and uncomplicated – would recommend and book again. Great staff make a great hotel

The room was nice and spacious, with the hotel being located about a 10 minutes walk from the Burj khalifa train station, and 20 minutes from dubai mall. The staff were all nice and friendly. From the moment we arrived late at night Kalyan greeted us and immediately help to receive our luggage and guide us to the room after we checked in. During the trip, we celebrated a birthday and the housekeeping team was amazing to set up a surprise decoration in the room, we really appreciate the nice touch, a big thank you to Manish and Anu for always ensuring our room is cleaned nicely as well. Requests made were also addressed immediately, from the time of calling for more water or ammenities, someone will be at your door in what literally feels like seconds, truly amazing on the ball service. Also a thank you to Yin who assisted us in booking the convenient car service to the airport which can comfortabley take 6 pax with luggage. I highly recommend a stay at probably the best deal in Dubai where you will meet a small team of extremely helpful staff. Thank you again Kalyan for all your assistance throughout our stay. We wish all of you and your families back home good health and happiness.
